It's really comical. The pillow is left under the kid's head so the head is not flat on the bed. Multiple successive defibrillation without ever charging. No chest compression whatsoever. Hard to watch with a straight face (let alone crying).
This had probably the most defib in a clip/scene I had ever seen in my life, it's actually hilarious.
