  2. Wow, where did you get this video? I saw this lady and her Youtube channel. But this particular video is not there. Thanks for finding and getting it here.

    1. Hi JCH, It's buried in this video https://youtu.be/AhiuNeag1uc?si=KioxkH4j7ntf9ADe&t=680

    2. Oh. It is in that Youtube channel. I missed it. It's good but I wish the whole tutorial uses the human boy, not a manikin, and that there's the beginning drama before the boy was unconscious and the step-by-step following the AED instructions including the undressing.

    3. Completely agree. Hes a small part of that vid sadly. We could have seen him collapse and have his shirt undone.

    4. What's the problem with being a girl?

    5. What's the evidence? S/he looks androgynous but could be a boy with a mullet

    6. That's the difficult thing. Some people are more bothered by it than others. She/he could pass as a boy in my opinion.

    7. As my screen name says, I’m a pediatric ED nurse. Sometimes it is hard to distinguish between a boy and a girl, by looking at them with clothing on….and sometimes even with their shirt off. (In this case, it’s also hard to tell, “below the belt” with those particular pants on.)

But I do not see pierced ears, and the snaps on the shirt are on the left side. That leads me to say that the child is a boy.

    8. Wow, look at this long and lively thread. Peds ED RN, thank you for your great analysis, and convincing evidence as to the child's gender. I, on the other hand, can only rely on intuition and I see that, even as androgynous the child looks, he has some masculine qualities on his face. Don't challenge me on this, it's just a feeling, I can't explain it further.

  4. 110% is a girl, this site would appear a lot better if there was a better mix of boys and girls on this blog

    1. There's nothing wrong with having a mix of girls and boys but most of the models used for these scenarios are boys.

    2. The main problem with hospital videos with girls is that they survive for a short time on YouTube.

    3. True and I haven't really seen them. Sadly that makes it hard to include them.

    6. Never mind, I figured out to search for the YouTube channel @idk-wld4dj. Those are all old videos. I was hoping to see some new ones.
