Finally! A film that respects the shirt-cutting and the jeans-ripping as part of the rescue procedure. I don't feel at all cheated with this film which is unhurried in showing the first aid sequence yet manages to make it feel swift, and still includes some cutaways to show the bystanders, but every step of treatment done to the victim is shown, nothing is left out.
